Eventually transitioning into a full-time advisory role at Ernst & Young ®, Haylie brings together the best of both worlds drawing on her big four accounting background and personal experience working with early-stage companies.

Brian Hardin

With over 30 years of tax and business consulting experience, Brian started his journey as a chartered accountancy in South Africa before eventually graduating from the University of Texas at Austin®.
Spending a better part of last three decades independently working with hundreds of small and medium sized businesses, Brian draws from a range of experiences and scenarios from the simplest "why didn't I think of that" moments to the most complex advisory issues.
